Anything else?
I was horrified to see a separate waiting area ( which was also more conformtable) for 'NHS' and ' Private' patients. What is this, some new form of apartheid? Frankly although I have been reasonably satisfied with the 2 referrals I have had here ( though I had a strong sense of 'get in get out as fast as possible' on 2 ocassions with a Neuro consultant) I will be asking my GP not to refer me here again whilst this persists. I got the same sense of being a second class patient when trying to arrange my appointment by phone, with staff telling me things which I know are not true about what patient rights are under the Choose and Book scheme, and when challenged and asked to check what they were telling me, they found I was correct - but no apology for their rude manner with me was forthcoming. Outpatients or neuro and dermatology not offered as options on the drop down list below either.
