Anything else?
I was referred to the Cardiology Dept in the first week of April 2013. A couple of weeks later i emailed the secretary who advised me that i would receive a letter in the next couple of weeks Its now July 8th 2013 and still no letter. I telephoned Cardiology this morning who advised me that i am not on the system I asked to speak to the admin manager and was told they were busy, but they will telephone you. Still waiting for the call. This is not the first time i have had problems with appointments and frankly i find it a disgrace that no member of staff takes ownership of patient issues. My patient care has been first class, but admin lets The Mri down. As a heart patient i really could do without the stress of making telephone calls/emails, and then getting no response.
"Appalling administration."
