I was referred to your hospital to see the doctor (vascular outpatients), mid march `13 and after having a scan was diagnose with a narrowed artery behind my left knee requiring angioplasty.After a further scan and visit for bloods pre-op etc,I attended at the end of May for angioplasty operation.In every department ,from the doctor`s through outpatients,pre-op,day care in ward F5 ,to the surgery, I received the best,most attentive and friendly care possible.Everybody was helpful,caring, most professional and put me at ease.Thank You for your service, it made the whole experience better than I could have hoped for.
