Consultancy detailed, precise and professional. Inspection far exceeded the limit of original area of concern and additional needs established. Although I waited almost an hour over the appointment time I was then given a very full and detailed inspection which established priority needs. These involved attendance for surgery in 6 weeks, plus nursing care to my right ankle then and there. The nursing care was better than I have ever experienced. It was full of the service one hopes for, even to having my shoe and sock removed before treatment and replaced afterwards and concern whether I needed refreshment which was willingly given. The treatment was the cleaning and dressing of an ulcer on my right ankle and was undertaken with great care and efficiency. I was given a sheet of guidelines to be passed to my GP's Practice Nurse together with supplies for my first visit there. If I received this level of service every time I visited hospital I would be a happy man.
