Very poor patient care!! Very disappointed with the attitude of the hospital staff in general! It's like you owe them something for them being a specialist hospital! They didn't seam to care that I travel 10 hours to attend an appointments, then the various departments can't keep there appointments and want me to come back another day to re-attend an appointment that the plastics team couldn't be bothered to attend!!!!!! Not Happy!
