"Non speaking english before english speaking"

I recently visited newham general for blood tests and pre op assessment as im having a c section, i was waiting for hours to be seen, when i enquired why the long wait as people who arrived after me where getting seen before me i was told that all non english soeaking patients are to be seen before english speaking patients, i find this shocking as this is a english speaking country but im being treated like the foreigner. Unbelievable and unacceptable treatment and i will be complaining higher up i am still shocked that this is the way newham general operates!!!
