Good morning. I arrived at 07.00 at the treatment centre on Thursday 27th June to have a small operation to cure my tennis elbow. I was meet by a very pleasant lady on reception and asked to take a seat . At 7.15 as per my letter I was called to go into a small ward and sit by a bed and told a doctor would be round soon to explain what was going to happen to me . A doctor called Drew came shortly after and explained every thing to me and made me feel totally at ease. I have to say from the moment I arrived to the moment I left everybody I came in contact with were extremely professional and pleasant and I felt they were doing an excellent job. I thought the NHS service I received was fantastic and would like to thank all those kind people I came into contact with . A job well done. Thank you.
