"Colposcopy"

Thank you for your kind comments about the care received by our Gynecology team at North Tyneside. I think we'd all recognise that colposcopy can be unpleasant particularly when anxious about abnormal results on screening. I am so pleased to hear that our hospital staff did everything they could to put you at your ease and prevent this from being the case you. This is the second time in two days that team have been acknowledged for the exceptional care they have provided and I know this will mean a lot to them. P.S. Just to feedback that I did respond to your post last week - unfortunately for reasons that we have yet to understand these have not been accepted by the NHS Choices moderation team. I know they are currently looking into why my responses submitted last Friday night have not been recorded in their system. It is unfortunate and frustrating at this end because I am committed to providing early replies to patients and families - I feel it is the least I can do when people take the time to get in touch to give us valuable feedback that enables us to improve care.
