"There is no communication between ..."

About: The Queen Elizabeth Hospital (King's Lynn)

(as a relative),

What I liked

There is no communication between staff and even less communication between staff and patients. Could not get answer to simple questions and when they said they were going to find out what was going on no one came back to me, could ring buzzer and weight 15 minutes or more.

One night the bed and bay numbers had been mixed up and they tried to feed a patient that was nil by mouth sausage and mash not once but three times good job he was able to say no.

The hospital is dirty there was blood or something on the wall, curtain and floor near my husband's bed this was there a week before it was cleaned at my husband request.

What could be improved

There need to be better communication between patients and staff. Maybe give the bays a letter and beds a number, ie Ba B2 for bay a, bed 2 instead of the B1 B2 they use at the moment so people get the correct food.

I saw lots of cleaner walking about very few cleaning this matter needs to be addressed.
