I was booked into day surgey for a ENT procedure at QA Hospital on 3/7/13 and I have to say that I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the hospital, the robust hygiene procedures and the professionalism of the all the staff and the standard of patient care which I recived.. The whole process was extremely well organised which it needed to be as there were a large number of day surgery patients booked into theatre that morning. I have to say that I was made to feel important and the standard of care I received more than exceeded my expectations Extremely well done and very many thanks Andy
