What I liked

II was taken to the A&E resus department in April after having a severe allergic reaction where my throat was closing up, i can honestly say that the care i recieved was outstanding they were kind, reasuring, and confident,, after being stabalised i was taken to Edith Cavell ward where again the staff were absolutely fantastic, they were attentive helpfull and caring, the ward was spotless and tidy all the staff werevery friendly and put you at ease if you wanted them for anything they would come and sort out your needs.

So thank you basildon hospital for the excellent care that i recieved while in your care.

What could be improved

The only thing that i would say could be improved would be the food, because we were down the far end by the time the food got to us it was luke warm and soggy, but other than that there is nothing else.
