"Lack of diagnosis "

For 14 months I have been unable to be supported by a Dr who has diagnosed my condition.

I suffer from chest pain which I believe originates from the heart and radiates into my left arm and left jaw, I also struggle with breathing and have done for 14 months.

The basic text book things like heart attack and lung disease has been ruled out and now the doctors seem to have just stopped trying to dig any further to understand my various symptoms.

I'm a 21 year old woman, who has struggled to complete university and is extremely concerned for the future! !

So far the NHS, including GPs, various A&E departments and consultants have failed me.
