The whole patient experience was first class. Once I got to see my surgeon I was scheduled for my operation in a matter of days. The pre-op assessment was done on the spot. The surgeon was brilliant, was helpful and informative with feedback. The staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. My room was comfortable and clean. The whole patient experience was excellent. Thanks to all the staff for making my stay so comfortable.
