Anything else?
On 20th June 2013 we wrongly attended the above hospital looking for a friend who had suffered a suspected heart attack the previous evening while attending the Ballet at Royal Albert Hall. We were dealt with at the Emergency Assessment Unit where we met an employee there. She quickly realised we were at the wrong hospital and within minutes had traced our friend to the Hammersmith Hospital, Du Cane Road. She established he was still being treated there and which ward etc he was in. She then gave us accurate directions how to get there. Her very caring and efficient and had an extremely pleasant manner which put us at ease and I know that without her help we would not have found our friend. This person is an above average employee and a tremendous asset to any organisation. She deserves to be highly commended and valued. When NHS is going through such difficult times it is heart warming to find someone like her.
