Anything else?
I was admitted onto ward 5 from a brilliant monitoring from the EPAC team after I started bleeding. I was told that there was a suspected ectopic pregnancy after a routine check up, I taken through the process step by step and although it was a huge shock n how quick I was prepped for surgery I was calmed and made comfortable by the nurses, surgical team and doctor which reassured me. I was looked after and treated with such respect throughout my short stay at hospital and although I was worried about my fibromyalgia flaring up after surgery everyone was very understanding and so kind in helping me move around as my mobility is limited to due fibromyalgia let alone the surgery I had just had. I was informed about everything that was happening to me and cannot praise the team enough, EPAC team, Ward 5, and the surgical team, recovery team, thank you so much for looking after me so well and although my recovery is going to take longer due to my fibromyalgia I am extremely grateful for the continious monitoring from the EPAC team as if it wasnt for them then I might not be here now as I wasnt really suffering a huge amount of pain, but the morning I was examined I had pain and a scan showed a potential ectopic which it was and my tube was removed. I was lucky enough to have such a competent team so thak you again to you all you saved my life!
