"Provided guidance, a helping hand and a smiling face"

About: Inclusion Matters Sefton

(as the patient),

Brilliant! Talking and having someone listen is the key! To know you're not the only person going through the emotions is brilliant.

Amy from Inclusion Matters gave me positive ideas, encouraged my thinking strong ideas and gave me loads of praise for what I had achieved.

Both my husband and myself have had a number of health issues, accidents and personal problems. These resulted in panic attacks and feelings of great anxiety. Inclusion Matters provided guidance, a helping hand, smiling face (Amy) and the notion that someone was "there" for us. Thank you.

I feel now I can cope due to the sessions and excellent resources directed my way!

You have made us "healthy" in more than one way and equipped me with a box full of useful tools.

Thank you again. I will recommend you to all my family and friends.

Dear Known0,

Many thanks for sharing your experiences with us. I was really pleased to hear that Amy was able to provide you with the support you needed. I hope you will continue to use your 'box of tools' as and when you need them. I'll make sure that your feedback is passed on to the rest of the staff team (esp. Amy). I wish you (& your husband) all the best for the future.

Yours,

Elizabeth Lovell
