Brilliant! Talking and having someone listen is the key! To know you're not the only person going through the emotions is brilliant.
Amy from Inclusion Matters gave me positive ideas, encouraged my thinking strong ideas and gave me loads of praise for what I had achieved.
Both my husband and myself have had a number of health issues, accidents and personal problems. These resulted in panic attacks and feelings of great anxiety. Inclusion Matters provided guidance, a helping hand, smiling face (Amy) and the notion that someone was "there" for us. Thank you.
I feel now I can cope due to the sessions and excellent resources directed my way!
You have made us "healthy" in more than one way and equipped me with a box full of useful tools.
Thank you again. I will recommend you to all my family and friends.
