I would like to thank all the people and staff at Guernsey and Fitzwilliam house (Martin, Rosa, Rosemary and Phil).

Without the massive help and hard work I would deffo be dead now and guess what I'm a very happily married man with 4 beautiful children and that is all MOSTLY thanks to the help and support that is available in Sheffield and other cities.

So thank you so much for helpin me out with my recovery. It works. I'm living proof, 6 or 7 years ago I was a homeless heroin, crack, benzo alcoholic and now I'm sorted all thanks to the staff and chemists for their really hard work.

Massive massive thank you to all Guernsey and Fitzwilliam.

My advice don't mingle with people who drink or dabble.
