What could be improved
Today Thursday 8th May i attended West Suffolk Hospital to pick up my son who had undergone surgery on his legs and groin the previous day. As you may well imagine he was far from fit and had great difficulty walking. All the wheel chairs which are left at the front were in use and so he had to walk from ward F5 tomy car out front.
I was dissapointed to see nurses using wheel chairs, in fact we shared a lift with 2, for transporting goods around the hospital. Would you believe they even pushed in front of us to get in the lift first.
Sometimes we have to make do with the resourses available but there is always a cost
