"Very satisfactory hernia operation"

About: Wycombe Hospital

Anything else?

Following confirmation of an inguinal hernia during a consultancy at Stoke Mandeville Hospital on 20 April 2013, I was admitted to High Wycombe Hospital the day after, 1 May 2013 at 0800, for an operation. The care taken prior to the operation was exemplary, the operation was a success, and I was discharged at 1530 on the afternoon of the same day. Since then the site of the operation has healed completely and I have had no recurrence of any symptoms. Many thanks to High Wycombe & Stoke Mandeville Hospitals for excellent care.
