My wife is currently receiving treatment for cancer at the Hammersmith Hospital and we could not be happier with all aspects of the treatrment she is receiving. She is also treated at our local hospital, St Peters, Chertsey, for diabetes and we find it difficult to understand the apparent inability of hospitals to share patient medical information. This has meant duplicate blood tests and scans which is time consuming and a significant waste of resources. We think the NHS is incredible but suggest, in this digital age, this is an area in which significant savings could be made.
