Well what can i say, if id of wrote this the first time i visited the dept i would have slated the service at the time of my first visit around four years ago the podiatrist was disrespectful, arrogant, and point blank refused the care which was requested by my surgeon, after he argued with my surgeon he then lectured me that this was the only time he would allow me the footwear i needed. So now you can guess i never went back and had to make do for four years with ill fitting footwear that basically caused more damage, i had a referal back to orthotics all ready for a row on the day, to my great suprise i saw a extremely helpful, respectful, friendly podiatrist, she couldnt do enough to help me and also informed me that the other chap in question no longer worked there! Pheeew!! I now have on order footwear that is just what i need, braces for my knees, im extremely happy and very glad the department has changed so much, the reception staff are helpful and friendly!! 5***** service! One very happy patient!
