"Worst Experience"

About: Ealing Hospital

Anything else?

My son (4 months old) was not feeling for 2 days and we took him to here. It was not clean at all. They gave us a form to fill up everything and we filled up. My son was completely unsettled and crying for 2-3 hours and he was drowsy. We are very worried and went and asked them howlong we have to wait, one staff informed us we will look please wait. We waited for 2 hours, my son couldn't stay there anymore. I went to reception again and asked for help. They said, you have to wait we cant help. I asked them, could you please give him some priority because, he is 4 months old. He rudely answered, we have our own priorities and go and wait. This is the first time I am seeing somebody talks in a hospital like this. We left the hospital immediately. I never visit this hospital never. They can't even prioritise the patients. One of the worst experience I ever had. I use to visit Twickenham hospital and they hear us and based on the situation they decide whether put us in rapid assessment or not. Now, I am really missing Twickenham hospital. Please listen to patients. Not everyone can write their problems in the application form clearly and even if they write it, It may not explain the current situation.
