What I liked

I have been hospitalised many times over the last few years and each time the care I received could not have been better. Sometimes I was put in a mixed ward on arrival (which was usually during the night) which is not the best thing but as soon as a place was available in a suitable sub-ward I was moved. I have always found the staff to be very efficient and friendly.

What could be improved

Single sex wards would be good as the norm. I must admit the cleaning was not as good during my last visit (May 2008) as previously (3 years ago). I think mainly because it was being done by very young girls who don't seem to know how to clean properly. The food was reasonable for a hospital - I have had worse on earlier visits.
