What I liked

I had a riding accident and was kicked in the face by a horse. I had to have the left side of my face rebuilt by the consultant and what little was left of my eye was saved by the eye surgeon. The A & E staff were out of this world, the ward staff, even though they were rushed off their feet were fantastic, and the doctors are the best in the world. Anyone lucky enough to be treated at Broomfield should be truly greatful as in my opinion it is a world class hospital

What could be improved

Get more staff to help the nurses on the ward and get someone to answer the phone I can never get through.
