The carer got confused and gave a double dose of tablets, we were all really worried so we called 111. The operator was fast, efficient, and comforting. It turned out we did not need a hospital visit which was great and the reassurance of this was helpful and comforting.
We have heard a lot of bad press about this service but our honest experience was fantastic and we couldn't fault this service or the staff whom are apart of it.
