I'm a in patient at the time of writing this. I've had so many problems in the last 5 days since I've been here and they aren't major problems but a lot of little ones and they all add up. I've been offered 1 drink a day, 2 drinks at the most! The nursing staff on 2 ocassions have forgotten to give me my intravenous antibiotics and that's the whole reason I'm here. I've been spoken over, I've been ignored. I've buzzed for painkillers at 11am and still not received any by 3pm. There is no communication between staff and no communication to patients. My water jug has been here for over 48 hours without being changed. The staff on the ward say they are to busy to tell you the plan of care then they stand outside the cubicle moaning to each other for half hour about their online shopping that didn't come on time. I've been in hospital here a fair few times and this by far is the worst stay to date, I will certainly be making a official complaint either when I leave or if it gets any worse.
