I just wanted to say a very big well done on all of you and wanted to show my gratitude to all of you. You guys might not realize you have saved a young family’s life. Thank you to the doctor in A&E for your observatoin, taken actions, go extra mile and showing you are care Thank you to the doctor for your professional advices, skills, go extra mile and showing you are care. Thank you all the nurserys in A&E. We thank you west middlesex hospital has such extraordinary team. Here is what happened to us: My husband and my mother in law are the people who has lots of health problems in them, and they are the one refuse to go to hospital (or hate to go to hospital or seeking any doctors/GPs help) unless it involves life or death. Especially my husband, because of all the experiences he had with hospital and GP service, he has lost faith in almost all the medical service in the UK. I can say, until his last breath, he can find million reasons try not to go to hospital even if he is very ill. We thought the hospital provide not good services is because of the government budget cut ect, so, we just accept this is the way until yesterday. But what the doctors and Nursers and even normal stuffs did totally change our opinions and views regarding london hospital. And if any time we have to go to hospital, west middlesex middlesex hospital will be the one for us and for londoner. Regards, Shufei
