What I liked

The speed and competence of the A&E in diagnosing my complaint (DVT and PE) and the subsequent admission procedure and care whilst in the hosptal under the care of the cardiology team in Aldenham ward were excellent.

I felt that they knew what they were doing and that nothing was too much trouble.

What could be improved

Charging for TV and telephone. 45p per minute for incoming calls where the information is buried in small print is not acceptable. This relats to the outsource supplier not the Hospital
