What I liked
I have regularly received excellent service for myself and children on the various and sometimes very serious occasions over the last 30 years.
Today - yet again - I was received with warmth and professionalism; dealt with efficiently and given relevant information and referred on for further treatment.
Everyone I encountered, Outpatients Reception; nurses at the clinic; the registrar, were what you would want them to be.
What could be improved
Nothing on this occasion.
