What I liked

Hospital was clean and fresh and all staff I dealt with were pleasant and friendly

I was not in pain so the "acceptable" score above is due to absence of a "N/A" option

What could be improved

Had a 9:10am appt (for which I arrived early) and waited until 9:50 to be seen - I would not expect them to be running 40 mins late that early. We think, purely from overhearing something the receptionist said to another staff member that they may have been short staffed, but nobody communicated this to us, nor that they were running late - was a bit frustrating

Thank you for your kind comments about our staff, which have now been passed on to them. We are sorry that you experienced a delay with your appointment. Due to unforeseen circumstances appointments do unfortunately sometimes run late. This can be due to a number of reasons, including staffing issues or a patient’s treatment taking longer than expected. We do however acknowledge that this situation, however unavoidable on the day, can be made less frustrating through our staff letting patients know the reason for any delay. We have used your feedback to reiterate the importance of this issue to our staff.
