I was recently admitted to C3 and the staff couldn't have been more helpful or professional, everyone from the receptionists, porters, medical staff, cleaners and catering staff despite obviously being very busy still found time to be as cheerful and friendly as possible, the after care was excellent too and I feel a lot less nervous about having to visit a consultant in a few weeks than I was when first admitted, my condition and treatment was explained in simple terms which I found easily understandable and before I was discharged everything I needed to know was explained too, all in all I can only say the staff were excellent, reassuring and did their jobs in an excellent manner.
