Anything else?

On arriving at the hospital we had to offer our appointment letter into the self registering screen. There was a large red notice to say that hands should be satinised before and after using the touch screen. But there was no satinizer and the bracket to take the bottle was empty so no one could carry out the requested cleansing? What was the point of the warning notice?

We are sorry that there was no hand sanitiser available and your comment has been passed to the Matron so that this fault can be remedied.
