I recently had a stay on ward 11F, I feel it was the worst experience of hospitals I have ever had. Agency nurses who just didn't care. When I asked questions about my treatment, nobody seemed to know anything. Other departments in the hospital were not communicating. With the amount of technology in the hospital, there is still far too much paper shifting. The food was of poor quality. It wasn;t until my partner/ carer complained did I get the information about my treatment. If this is a modern hospital, then let me be admitted to an old hospital. Bank nurses were more interested in organising their social life on a mobile phone than helping patients.
