"Feel very frustrated about dermatology Service"

I have been seen in the department for around 2 years now. Main issues: clinics letters are constantly being changed having extended the time for next appointment and not arriving to the proper home address. I have never been seen by the consultant whom clinic letters refer to, the doctors in training have limited knowledge that I regularly see and keep referring me back to my GP for prescriptions, medications. advice. I had a rash after being prescribed a medication, no one called me back to change my prescribed medication from UCLH. I had to go back to my GP. No treatment plan has been offered for ongoing acne condition, again being referred back to GP for drugs which do not work. Lack of right treatment and being told different story on each occasion. Feel very frustrated and abandoned by the system.
