My GP was very helpful when discussing the need for a referral. She explained the process.

Staff at the Wrekin Community Clinic were helpful, very polite and understanding of my work hours when booking appointments following physio sessions.

The clinic is lovely and clean.

My physio, Penny, is very thorough and explained the process for following appointments.

I am very happy with the service provided.

Thank you so much for sharing your feedback. It is great to hear when NHS services meet the standards we aspire to provide every time for every patient. Now, unfortunately we (The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust) can't take the credit for this as the physiotherapy services are provided by Shropshire Community Health NHS Trust - we share the building with them as we provided cataract surgery and other eye treatment at the Wrekin Community Clinic. However, both of us take pride in making sure it provides a nice environment for patients. We will make sure your feedback is shared with them.
