"Found sessions most beneficial in aiding my recovery"

About: Six Degrees IAPT

(as the patient),

I found the service provided by Six Degrees Social Enterprise for depression/anxiety and stress was exceptional and needed at a time when I needed someone who listened, didn't just and asked the right questions.

Attended 3 sessions and found them most beneficial in aiding my recovery and helping me to re focus and put my life back into perspective and able to go forward with confidence.
