(as the patient),

I've been through a lot in my life and I feel as though I was neglected when I had my son in April 2011.

I was just left to get on with it. After I had him I had really bad pain down my one side, I got pregnant that same year but lost it in February 2012. I had an internal bleed and had to have a blood transfusion, and an operation on the night to stop the internal bleed.

I did suffer by ex partner.
