I fell down the stairs early on a Sunday morning and ended up in PRUH A&E. The staff were fantastic. Everyone was very helpful and polite and I was seen very quickly. The attitude of the staff was brilliant, even though I couldn't say the same for all of my fellow patients. The experience was much better than I expected. The only problem was the extortionate price of the parking. I would definitely want to go back to the PRUH (in the unfortunate event that I needed a hospital) but would rather take public transport or be given a lift than have to pay the high parking charges.
