Nursing of the ward couldn't be better.
What could be improved
My wife who is an in-patient is unable to walk because of a muscle wasting illness but has broken her Tibia and has displaced bones at her knee joint. But because she is unable to walk has been left to provide and pay for her own equipment so she can recieve physiotherapy and be discharged as quickly as possible. Why is it that the hospital can afford to provide a seemingly limitless quantity of sticks or walking frames for people to leave hospital with, but when it comes to providing wheelchairs with legrests for people who cannot walk and have injured their legs, the Hospital is unable to help?
