What I liked

Last year I had to be taken to Ealing hospital because of chronic abdominal pain. The ambulance staff were superb.

What could be improved

My experience of the hospital was awfull. I was asked to have my weight checked but the scale was so filthy I could not read the numbers. Each time I was seen by several people and had to go through my medical history again and again!!! I was in agony and the fact that the staff were talking to each other rather that looking after me was not helpful. I never saw any of the staff wash their hands and was told off when asked one of them to do so before touching me.I would not recommend this hospital. Clean, clean and clean again!!!!Please give staff some traing in how to relate to people.
