My husband attended A and E department today after being sent by out of hours via an ambulance suffering with shortness of breath and wheeze given nebuliser to relieve symptoms on arrival symptoms not improved had chest xray bloods taken etc moved to short stay ward then after six hours sent home and told to see own GP to get medication. This is disgraceful just because they didn't want it off their budget.
