"Excellent customer service from dental reception in Brae"

I wanted to highlight some excellent customer service I received over the phone from Brae Dental Reception last week. The person on the phone was confident, polite and very helpful. I needed to look at a number of different dates and times and she was patient with me, taking the time to listen to my availibility and find a solution. The call lasted no more than 2 minutes, but I felt listened to and valued as a patient. The service could not have been better.

Thank you to the patient who took the time to post this article. All too often it is easier to criticise staff than to praise and so we really appreciate this feedback. I had some very happy staff when they logged on to read our patient’s comment.

We shall endeavour to maintain our levels of service and hope that this patient (and others) continue to view our efforts favourably.
