Last April Care Opinion signed to run a joint pilot scheme with NHS Scotland and the 'Better Together' programme to work with individual Health Boards to capture patient feedback. The work has now been ongoing for nearly a year and we have had endorsement of our service and work from the very highest level at one of the trusts we have been working intensively with.
Care Opinion are delighted to have received a blog post from the very top. The Chief Executive of NHS Highland has kindly blogged for us on why she feels that Care Opinion and patient feedback are so important to her trust. Not only that, NHS Highland have embraced the online feedback received on Care Opinion and currently have an impressive 16.7% change rate meaning that nearly one fifth of stories featured about this trust result in a service change.
