South Eastern HSC Trust invites your Involvement as a user representative.

It is a Trust priority that service users and families work in partnership with us to support service planning, delivery, experience and improvement.

You may wish to become involved  in terms of (a) receipt of information , (b) contribution to Trust activity in general and / or (c) contribution to a specific area of interest to you..

The Trust is launching new arrangements for service user and family Involvement opportunities and welcomes your participation.
