Updating your team's Care Opinion system access

Dear Colleague

As we continue to grow our Care Opinion communication culture, please be sure to keep updating with names of new active system users for your team.

Please forward to jennifer.harvey@setrust.hscni.net the names of those in your team whom you wish to have registered as system RESPONDERS - those who will be alerted to new stories and will correspond with the story author.  We wish to ensure that there are always responders for your service at hand..

Please forward to jennifer.harvey@setrust.hscni.net the names of those in your team whom you wish to have registered with system READ access.  Your team should be able to read all stories relating to your service and they should be able to review stories regarding delivery of your service in other organisations in order to pick up learning.

When advising us of staff requiring system access, please provide per staff member ---- name, designation, team / service, banding and whether access is at RESPONDER or READER level.

When updating your team's system access, please remember to advise re: staff who have left your team and whose system access should be removed.
