Ensuring Timely Responses to Stories

On 03 August 2022, Northern Ireland celebrates two completed years since launch of Care Opinion.

At this point, Public Health Agency wishes Trusts to have all responses to stories made directly by service staff / leads rather than by the central team.

The response standard is that all Care Opinion stories receive a response within 7 days of being published on the site with the service alerted - and preference is that responses are made within 3 days.

To date, the Trust has a 100% responsiveness rating against the 7-day standard for the 949 stories submitted over the two-year active period to date.  This puts us joint first in UK of 235 healthcare providers using Care Opinion.
