Care Opinion Online Spring Conference 22 - Session 1 - The Care Opinion platform: Introductions and top tips

We kicked off our Care Opinion Online Spring Conference 2022, with a session introducing the platform and features on the site.

As well as an introduction to Care Opinion, we heard from Care Opinion team members about their various top tips for the platform. In this session, our team outlined a hand- picked mixture of their favourite underused or lesser known features of the platform, so that you can promote online feedback, respond well, and learn and change in response.
