On the 2nd July 2018 we launched Care Opinion within the Organisation with the fantastic help from our Governors, Volunteers, staff, Cally and Tim from Care Opinion. The sun shone down on us as we walked around the site raising awareness talking to patients, relatives, carers and staff, this generated lots of conversations and much positivity. Looking forward to working with Care Opinion to capture patient experience, continuous quality service improvement and listening to what our patients, staff and visitors have to say.
