"Experiences of Care Week" is around the corner!

It's a week of opportunities to discuss the importance of people's experiences of care, what they can teach us & how they can be used to support learning and change in health and social care.

As you may have noticed, the aim of the week sits wonderfully with our mission and values, as we provide a platform for people to share their experiences of care safely and anonymously (positive or negative!) & for services to learn from & respond to them.

So we are very excited about the week & also pleased to announce that our CEO, James Munro, will be hosting a webinar all about the kinds of impacts we see from people sharing their stories on Patient Opinion.
