#poHero of the week

Our #poHero this week is Diane Parkes, Head of Brand and Media at John Taylor Hospice. We've chosen Diane as our hero of the week for two reasons:

Firstly, for getting in touch with us to ask about one of her reports. This alerted us to a bug in our system, which allowed us to fix it straight away! So for great observation and for not hesitating to get in touch with an issue – Thank you!

Secondly, for sending us one of the hospice's brilliant Patient Experience Packs, which are given to and personalised for each patient.

They have used this great resource to let their patients know about Patient Opinion. They all contain a PO freepost feedback leaflet. This means that patients, carers or relatives can fill in the leaflet, in their own time, and send it to us. We thought that this was a great idea, and wanted to share it with all of our subscribers.

We love two things, hearing about the ways that you promote Patient Opinion within your services, and sharing great practice.
